Mana Ako club is coming to an end for term 2 and here are some things i am preparing for school break.
What do you look forward to ? Not going to school
What are you trying to avoid ? New people
What’s something you don’t enjoy but is good for you ? Interacting with new people because i am shy.
a learning goal is to post 2 times a week
Mana ako club is a homework club were to get to have fun. Recently I learned new things like when we learned about Matariki. We shared a meal and had a celebration to mark this important occasion for Aotearoa.
Last year I came to get better at learning. Last year we were mixed with year 5 and 6 students as well.
I joined later this year, in term 2 actually. The reason I returned to Mana Ako because I was hearing from my friends that it was going really well. I also wanted to have some more time out of my house.
Since I’ve been back I have enjoyed the different learning topics we’ve had. I hope to come back next term to have more fun and learning with other Mana Ako Club people.
